At Tempest Leads, we strive to provide high-quality leads to automotive PDR repair shops. Our goal is to deliver accurate and relevant leads within 72 hours of purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where adjustments or refunds are necessary.

All leads come with relevant vehicle and contact information.

Leads are guaranteed to be within your specified service area.

Leads will be generated and delivered within 72 hours of purchase.

Responsibility for Contacting Leads

Once the leads are delivered, it is the responsibility of the automotive repair shop to contact the customer and close the sale.

Refund for Unfilled Leads

If we are unable to fulfill the total number of leads ordered, we will refund 100% of the cost for each unfilled lead at the rate applicable to your order.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unfilled leads, please contact our customer support team at support@tempestleads.com within 5 days of receiving your leads.

Provide your order details and the number of leads that were not fulfilled.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approving the request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
